General Terms & Conditions

LMZ Fluid Art will ship your purchase within 30 days from the date of payment, unless a different date has been agreed upon by both parties. Special orders will be shipped within 35 days from date of purchase. While these timeframes provide guidelines in the case of a rush, LMZ Fluid Art will make every attempt to ship your piece within the week. If LMZ fails to ship your artwork within 30 days from date of purchase, LMZ Art will provide a 20% discount on a future purchase for the buyer.

LMZ Fluid Art will not be responsible in the case of problems with delivery (for instance, the artwork is damaged or stolen). Though LMZ Fluid Art makes every attempt to carefully package and ship your pieces, purchase and shipment is still at buyer’s risk; LMZ Fluid Art cannot guarantee the treatment of the package after it has been passed to the courier. LMZ Fluid Art will not be responsible for any damage to the artwork done after delivery, nor can we provide replacement pieces.

Reflection Period
From the time you receive your artwork, you will have 14 days to consider and approve your purchase. Within this approval period, the buyer can return any undamaged products that are not to their satisfaction. LMZ Fluid Art will provide a full refund to the buyer within 30 days, minus any incurred cost of shipping and handling. Unfortunately, if artwork is returned in a damaged or altered state, LMZ Fluid Art will not be able to provide a refund.
